F/friend Jules Arginteanu passed away Friday, August 5 in the care of hospice at home and surrounded by his family. Please continue to hold Ellen and Jules' family in the Light. Details of Jules memorial meeting will be provided later.

Please hold Nick Martina and Brooke Davis in the Light as Nick prepares for back surgery on August 3. Once home, Brooke will be Nick's primary care provider, and the Care + Counsel committee is organizing a Meal Train so that the RFM community as well as their friends and co-workers can support them with dinner meals three times a week through mid-September. You can sign up to be a Meal Train volunteer HERE. Thank you in advance for supporting Brooke and Nick.

Care + Counsel invites the RFM community to provide Jules and Ellen with practical, comforting support, by volunteering to deliver a simple evening meal through this Meal Train link. From Care + Counsel: the passing of David Hines

From Care & Counsel: Friend David Hines passed away at 6:23 am today, July 18, from brain cancer. His wife Liza Bruce was with him. David and Liza were married under the care of Richmond Friends Meeting eighteen years ago.

Details about a Memorial Meeting for Worship will be shared in a later message. Please continue to hold Liza in the Light, with tender love.

BYM Annual Session

The Baltimore Yearly Meeting (BYM) Annual Session will be in person for the first time since August 2019 with online programs as well. It is the time where folks from all over our Yearly Meeting gather to worship, conduct business and enjoy a wide variety of programs and activities, including morning worship sharing groups, evening plenaries, in person and on-line workshops, intergenerational activities, Meeting for Worship with attention to Business, interest groups and a two day retreat. There is programming for children, Junior Young Friends and Young Friends. Come up for the day or stay for as long as you like. ASE has funds available for people wishing to attend.
